We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore we will accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused and unopened goods for an exchange or refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your merchandise, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, original tags, warranty cards (if any), and all accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
  • There will be no returns for intimates, undergarments, face masks and beauty products due to hygiene reasons.
  • This return/refund policy does not apply to items which have been stated as non-exchangeable on www.melanidimoda.co

If the price of exchanged item is lower than the returned item (subject to the most updated price), the difference in amount will not be refunded. If the price of exchanged item is higher than the returned item (subject to the most updated price), please email us at cs@melanidimoda.co, we will tell you what to do next.

We accept refunds. Please return your items within 14 calendar days of receiving your merchandise. Qualified refunds will be made within 7 business days via PayPal to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges via the courier of their choice. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Customers are allowed to exchange or refund once per purchase transaction.

We do not process online returns, exchange or refund at our retail shops.

However, customers may drop off the item(s) they wish to exchange/refund at any of our Hong Kong retail shops after filling up the Return & Exchange Form to save the courier charge. Our online team will follow up with the exchange procedure once receiving the returned items from our shop.

Please ensure your return package has included the Return & Exchange Form.

我們希望你有愉快的購物經驗,因此我們接受顧客在收到貨品後14天內換貨或退款。我們接受沒有穿著過、沒有洗滌過、沒有修改、沒有使用過及未層開啟的貨品,但須符合以下條款:

·      貨品必須以出售原狀包裝退回,包括所有貨品原裝包裝盒、商品原標籤、廠商保證書(如有)、及全部配件。請保證所有包裝在完好無損的狀態下寄回。

·       請將所有附有吊牌的貨品連同未經拆除之原裝掛牌及標籤一併完好無損地寄回。

·      若為套裝的貨品須保留所有套件一併寄回,才可進行換貨。

·      基於衛生原因,所有貼身衣物、內衣、口罩及美容產品不設退換。

·      此退換條款不適用於所有已在「商品說明」中寫有「不設退換」的貨品。

如你要求換貨的貨品金額比你所購買的貨品金額低 (以最新金額為準),差額是不會退回的。如你要求換貨的貨品金額是高過你購買的貨品金額﹝以最新金額為準﹞,我們的客戶服務代表將會發出電子發票給你以安全的PAYPAL平台支付餘額。如有疑問請電郵致 cs@melanidimoda.co 。

我們接受退款。請於收貨日期起14天內退回商品。我們收到商品後將於7個工作天內以PAYPAL平台退還到您交易的付款方式。

運費是不退還的。

顧客需要自行選擇貨運公司及承擔退貨的運費。

每張訂單只能換貨一次。

網上購買的貨品未能於零售點處理換貨或退款手續,但香港顧客可選擇於填寫退換表格後將貨品親自帶到零售點以節省運費。我們網店的顧客服務部將可於3個工作天內從零售點收到商品,繼而盡快處理換貨或退款手續。
